Is this necklace appropriate for a teen-age boy?  Or is this a ladies' necklace?

Thanks - he has wanted a gold chain for a few years.  This one looks like a good price for the weight/thickness.

Look for a curb link, figaro link or larger rope style for a guy to wear.

If he does not mind wearing silver color QVC has some in Steel By Design stainless steel chains that should last longer plus not tarnish with larger links for a guy. Since he's a teenage boy I think he would like one of those.

@FranandZoe   Since the necklace tapers toward the back, it's a girl's necklace.  For boys they should be the same diameter all the way around.  IMHO anyway.
