If she was having a hard time then she should have let the host, Courtney, do her job and handle the situation.  

You cannot have two people or three - too many cooks in the kitchen - all trying to do the same thing.  Jill was trying to direct the whole show and it just wasn't working.

So what if she lost contact with the producer?  It's still not a reason to panic and keep insisting on a disco ball TAG.  The way she was acting, I thought she was talking about an actual little disco ball charm or something.  It was just a paper tag. 

And I didn't have to have the volume on to see that the show was getting harried and hectic, that was my point.

She's calm and no-nonsense.  But yes, I do see that her face is almost mask-like.  The eyebrows are insane.  But I'll take her over so many other divas like *cough* *Shawn*.
