Pulled Pork & Pulled Chicken are so easy to make.
The bbq burnt ends are not burnt ends. Burnt Ends are made from the Brisket Point not Pork. Burnt ends from pork are just chunks of pork?
You can buy pork n beans to make your own beans. Make it all yourself & save quite a bit of money plus you will have more food.
DH has a brisket on the smoker right now. Yum can't wait to eat it.
@Nightowlz according to many...Burnt ends are slow-smoked, cubed, and caramelized pieces of meat beloved for their sweet flavor and soft-as-butter texture. Made from either brisket or pork belly meat.
Corky's has been selling burnt ends for years. I doubt they would risk their reputation in Memphis for misnaming burnt ends as pork.
It's wonderful that you have a smoker. Millions live in apartments and condos where smokers and grills are prohibited.

If you want bbq you can make it indoors. It's also good it just doesn't have that smoke flavor.
You don't have to have a smoker or grill to make it.
I make pulled pork in the pressure cooker. I use a small 3 lb picnic pork roast (less fat) instead of a shoulder or butt which has a lot more fat on it.
Making pulled bbq chicken is easy with a rotisserie chicken & bbq sauce.
Sometimes we make bbq baby back ribs in the oven where you can finish under the broiler if you don't grill out. My sister gave me the recipe. They are really good.
Corky's Nutrition label shows the burnt ends are from pork shoulder. I forgot they also make burnt ends with pork belly.
