I am watching the presentation this morning and Eric really needs to get his act together. He is pulling things out of the pans and dropping the food all over the floor or the counter. I think he needs to have an assistant to help with the presentation.  Nothing he has cooked looks appetizing once he takes it out of the pan.  Now he is dropping things on the floor.  Switching channels now.

IT is live TV, and not every presentations is going to be perfect. I usually think he does a good job, must be having a bad morning. It happens.

@stampingpaperdollI really think Eric has some health problem.I remember for months his voice was so hoarse he could hardly talk.He then seemed to spend less time at Q and his line of kitchen stuff disappeared.I am glad he has returned although not as often as in the past.I really enjoy his presentations.

I think Eric is doing a fine job, @stampingpaperdoll. I know I couldn't cook, get things out of the oven & off the cooktop at the right moment, describe the pans, answer the host's questions on a moments notice, and all in seconds for each movement.  Plus, he also has the producer telling him things In his ear.  Adding a helper only crowds the stage for the presentation.  It may get messy at times, but I cut him some slack.

I do remember him having voice issues! But he and David did announce a while back that he would not be on Q much as he was going more full time with whatever that line is he is doing the TSV on today. He has infomercials and appears to have been very busy with this 'new' thing. He has been on Q more lately than he was for awhile, but they did announce the change, I just can't remember exactly when they did it.... on air during a show one day.

@Mominohio oh thanks for that info.I kind of thought he was sick and maybe having treatments...good to know all is well for him.

Why would you say that he is sick if you don't know that for a fact?  Treatments for what? 

I think he's doing a fine job, as always.

About to go under the knife😬 Just getting a new hip. Maybe I lifted one too many gigantic pans full of food! Hopefully I will be back in action really soon. 👍

@makena I guess you misunderstood what I said.A couple of years ago he was on q a lot.He started having a lot of trouble with his voice and sometimes was barely able to speak.Then I didn't see him on for a long time.That is why I assumed he may be sick.
