Well, now I am regretting purchasing this TSV. I can't get it to work on my Samsung Android phone. It doesn't recognize that the device is connected. I've tried every kind of debugging advice online. I called their tech support in India, and she had even less tech advice than I found online. Her first advice was to download the older legacy version of their app, which is not a good sign. She finally gave up and escalated it to Tier 2, but I'm not sure I want to waste any more time on this and I should just return it. I should have bought PictureKeeper instead because I hear that it works better on Android than ClickFree. Ugh.

I got an email back from ClickFree Tier 2 customer support. They are sending me a replacement. Why do I have a bad feeling that the new one won't work either? I'm still returning this.

WARNING to anyone who purchased this item.  The activation code for the unlimited AI credits is included loose in the mailing envelope.  There is another insert for 200 AI codes in the box itself, which is confusing.  Be sure to locate the insert that is loose in the envelope to get your credits.
