I love Blackstone Griddle. We had a full-sized one and used it more than we cooked in the kitchen. We moved about 1.5 years ago and no longer had room for it, so we sold it. We miss cooking on it. If any of you are on the fence, GO FOR IT! You can cook practically everything on it.

I admit I almost fell for it. Glad I realized that it is all one temperature, so you can't really cook something and keep it warm while something else cooks. It's a nope for me.
