I do like Beekman products, but my goodness everytime I turn QVC or HSN on, they are always on...

Talk about oversell.

I'm not a Beekman fan...

My go-to for these type of products is L'Occitane.

The goats are cute but I'm not interested in the product and got tired of the boys very fast.  Never watch.  About as exciting and interesting as watch the Philosophy ladies make soap suds.

Yes, and with so many products being sold, does anyone really think that the handful of goats on their farm produce all of that milk?  There's factory farming going on somewhere.....not good.  It's hard to imagine that's it's truly cruelty-free.

@rescuedogmom4

You are sooooooo right and if anyone thinks those guys care one bit aboit those poor goats,they better think again!!1 As soon as the "working" goats on that "farm" can no longer produce ,they get sol;d for slaughter, and if males are born they too get slaughtered because they cannot produce milk for the products.Leaving the poor moms heartbroken.  Thats real story.................imo

Hope you're not planning on a cheeseburger for lunch today....

EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND cows are slaughtered each DAY in the USA for food, not including dairy cattle.

The goats are cute, but everyone knows that the fifty or so goats on thier farm can not possibly produce enough milk for the millions of products sold...

Or, maybe they can.

HAve you ever noticed how far down the ingredient list the "goat milk" actually is? Maybe it's just a quarter teaspoon full!!!

Read the label. You'll be surprised. (Just got 4 bars of the Honey/Orange Blossom bar soap...."goat milk" (Caprae Lac) is the NINTH ingredient listed!!!) of 16 total.

I like the bars of soap, but I don't kid myself on how "clean" it is, or who is being milked to make it ( other than we the customers!!!)

I agree - they are overexposed.  And it's always the same thing - show cute goats while the short guy does all the talking and the tall guy with glasses next to him makes suds.

@Othereeeen - The goat milk is used in dried form.  That's why it's so "far down" on the ingredient list.

And I don't consider it being "milked", if as a customer, I buy something I want.

I agree that, anyone having an issue with this brand (or any brand) of goat milk product, needs to be sure not to eat any form of animal protein or buy any item that's made from an animal by-product (shoes, handbags, gloves, etc.).
