I'm a big girl: 5'8", 150#, don't have a need for a baby blanket or a lap throw. Of course, if this were a normal blanket size, I wouldn't be able to afford it. I'll stick to Berkshire. The vendor is wearing it as a shawl and she's small. I do think the colors are nice.

Beautiful colors, and I love Barefoot Dreams.
I have several of their fashion items and a couple of throws already, on great sales. I have no need for another small throw (I refuse to call it a blanket), no matter the price.
I use one to cover my legs on the sofa. This size doesn't even make for a good shawl because it's constantly falling off my shoulders. I have another that stays thrown over one corner of the bed in my guest room.
I hope BD will have other items, at good sales, for their TSV day.

Nice color options but way too small for an adult.

If you think this item is too costly for what you get and still feel the need for something super warm and cuddly...
Read the description of this product.
It's SO super cornball you won't need ANY blanket afterwards you'll be SO warm and fuzzy inside....!!!
O yeah.
Polyester by any other name is...plastic.

Enjoy if you love the brand!
Not for me. I actually got a knockoff BD throw from Target. It feels just as nice- wayyy cheaper!
Have too many blankets and throws anyway- And no one else I know needs more either.

They just had Berkshire thows tsv. This one is much too rustic for my tastes. If you like the shabby chic look, enjoy. Besides, doesn't look sturdy enough. I bet it doesn't wash well.

I have several of barefoot dreams blankets this size. Yes, I consider this size a blanket, at the very least, a throw blanket. I have gifted several of these when on sale and have way to many bd with other brands too. To the point I should give some away. My husband is 5'9" and uses this while in his recliner watching tv. Both daughters love them, so does my son in law. I also have the most recent blanket that was on sale for a Black Friday sale, I think it was 52 x 70. Sorry, rambling! My point being, we love these blankets, or throws a lot! I never have had a problem with the colors or size, hence why I have to many! They do keep you warm and cozy. It's nice to have something to use while watching tv, or reading a book that's not to big to the point where you feel like you're being swallowed up by the size of it. I use the bigger blanket for sleeping because I don't like my feet being "trapped". I also have Berkshire blankets that are a good size for my daughter, and very warm too, and a Barbie blanket from bd that's a smaller size than this tsv. Not sure the size, but it's the perfect length for my daughter, she's only 4'2". It's a thicker blanket, and it's great for this kind of weather because her room gets cold. I wish I needed another blanket to either keep or give as a gift, but I don't.
