My sheets arrived 2 days ago.  I love them & I didn't wash first. 

I am a virgin when it comes to high count sheets, so I really don't know what I am suppose to be feeling.  Sheets are very soft to me. 

I can say that I did not have any of the issues & problems mentioned in this thread.

And I could give a rats a$$ if the sheets do wrinkle after washing/drying.  I am not going to iron sheets nor send to the cleaners to get "pressed."  I stopped ironing sheets in 1960 & stopped ironing all together in 1971!!!

My sheets arrived today - WHOO WHOO - and I'll give a full report after I've washed and slept on them. I can't believe more people aren't reporting on these. I think the Q sold a boatload of them...

So far I still think they are the best sheets I've bought in decades!

Color me disappointed... After washing my lavender sheets in warm water on gentle, with vinegar in the rinse water, they faded to pink. Now they have lost their original ultra-smooth finish and they feel slightly rough. I am sooo disappointed. So the search for perfect sheets is on again... sigh...
