I was shocked that this visually gorgeous, witty film streams free.  Ingrid is a slightly jaded, acclaimed but lonely actress, living in London.  Through her sister and brother-in-law, she meets an interesting man (Cary) who unfortunately holds himself out to be married (untrue),  so that there would be no real future for them....

The plot is a bit silly, but film buffs love this for the romance, the witty dialogue, the art direction (sumptuous sets and costumes) and of course, a chance to see Ingrid and Cary paired once more, years after their sizzling partnership in "Notorious".   You'll see that they can still deliver!

Ingrid's sophisticated London apartment is to drool over.

I have the DVD and I love it.  A different world back then.  It was also somewhat sophisticated in their living arrangement back then, LOL.  Her apartment was fantastic.

I was a teenager when I saw their movie Notorious on tv. They showed it over and over - and I watched it each time. One of my favorites.

I'm LAUGHING AT MYSELF. I AM SO OVERCOME with everything going on around me that I made A MASSIVE MISTAKE (although, in fact, this IS a doggone good movie kiss) BUT NO!!,

I MEAN the kiss in NOTORIOUS, which IMNHO is quite probably one of the 5 MOST ROMANTIC MOVIES that ever hit film. Gotta go watch THAT kiss on you-tube a dozen or so times today.

I thought that was the famous, Hitchcock-devised "Notorious" kiss you were referencing, @violann -- but it's fun that we got to see the other one as well!
