code black has been renewed for a third season . coming back in 2018. there was talk about it being canceled but last season ratings came up enough to get it renewed with the addition of rob lowe.

Adding Rob Lowe was fine, but otherwise, I think I preferred both the show and the cast the first season to last season. Either way, it's a good show and glad to see it return.
