That said, am I the only person that thinks that Cordelia's death is not his fault even if his car did hit her? To me, the guilt is all Billy's, who left a little girl alone in a car, with a dog. What kind of responsible adult does THAT? Isn't it even illegal, at least in some states? All Adam did was swerve to avoid hitting a small dog that was on the loose and running in his path. Anyone would have swirled. Delia was wearing a black costume and very difficult to see. I put all of this on Billy's negligence. For Adam's part it was a tragic accident. In this storyline the only thing he is guilty of is keeping quiet and covering it up. Billy should be haunted by the guilt of his negligence for the rest of his life.
Adam showed his true colors when he found out that Delia had been hit and DIDN'T immediately go to the police.......what kind of man does that?? He's a vindictive coward who only thinks about himself......

He did it because no one would believe him that it was an accident and he didn't even know he did it. IF he did it, which I totally doubt. Though now that they have fired the amazing actor that plays him, who knows how they will handle this.
I hate that Billy Miller is leaving, but in true Y&R fashion, they have made his character very unappealing lately.
Oh and Adam should pay for his crimes - you mean like Victor has paid for his???? That guy would be locked up for 450 years if he had to pay for all his crimes.
I'm getting to the point of being over this soap and I've watched it since the day it started.

I like that Jack and Adam are friends, but have long been puzzled as to WHY they are friends. Adam was horrible to Ashley (Jack's sister) years ago. But in typical soap fashion, it's all been forgotten.

Maddiecat,
Jack used to despise Adam for what he did to Ashley and I think even had a hand in the set-up that sent Adam to prison. But then they were working together against Victor when Jack had his addiction problem. Adam was almost as much help to Jack as Phyllis was. Jack realized that he owed him and a friendship developed especially after Victor let Adam down one two many times. Jack has told Adam many times that he knows all the bad things Adam has done but also knows that he is trying to be a better person now.
Adam and Jack have both done some very bad things. Especially Adam. I do think they are both trying to be good people. Victor use to have some good points. Personally, I no longer see any good in Victor.
It also seems that the things people (Adam and Phyllis) have been sent to prison for are minor compared to things they (and others) have done and gotten away with.

Regarding Adam & Jack, my memory fails me, but Jack called on him when he found the woman's dead body in his home that time, and I cannot really remember why, but they have been close since then .......... and of course, Victor was behind that!
Victor is really becoming Satan lately, he is becoming very evil! I cringe to think what he will do or say to Jack when the truth comes out that Summer is not Jack's child!
