The one with Burt Reynolds is Elizabeth Ashley.  That is definitely a very young Harrison Ford, Annette Funicello and Connie Stevens

 

i didn't watch Love American Style, but I recognized most of this group.

I was checking online for info about "Love, American Style."

 

I probably knew this at one time but totally forgot.  "Happy Days," with Ron Howard, was a spinoff from "Love, American Style."
