Are there any Landman fans among us?    I was surprised to see Sam Elliott had joined the cast this season.    Thoughts?

I watched a few episodes of the first season and found them to be action-packed, but got distracted and never went back.

I lived for 7 years in Midland, TX and was interested because I was somewhat involved in the oil industry and knew about landmen.

We watched the first season and will watch this second season.  Is this on Netflix?

My son gets it and we've watched it, The acting is so good and fast action. I love the x wife and dinner table scenes!

Loved Cami's speech she delivered after her encounter with the two younger women in the restroom and the look on their faces.

For us, this show is just something to watch. If it weren't for BBT, we would have stopped watching it a long time ago. Can only take the wife and daughter in small doses. They are featured way too much.

@Kachina624

For what it's worth,  my cousin was a landman in Corpus and San Antonio.

Even cooler was my great uncle being a working cowboy on the King Ranch.
