Haven't seen "Black Panther". I hope it will be streaming, I don't do dvd's.

I wasn't sure about "The Shape of Water", but I really enjoyed it.  It is like a cross between "Beauty and the Beast" and "The Little Mermaid" .  I feel it deserved the awards it got.

Don't waste your time on BP. Only other dumbest show I've ever seen was

that one with Russell Crowe playing Noah . We laughed all the way thru it.

Glad we got both FREE at lib.

@feline groovy I already belong to both of those.  It's just easier to pay the money, join and watch what I want to.

I've been binging on "Bosch" on Amazon.  I've finished the series......

I saw Black Panther in the movie theatre.  It was a good movie and I think his little sister (shown here) stole the movie.  She was especially wonderful!

@Annabellethecat66 I'm about to finish binging on The Man In The High Castle ( love Rufus Sewell ). I then intend to binge watch Bosch. I always like watching Titus Welliver. Is it worth investing the time to watch it! I read that it was renewed for a 5th season. Thanks.

@Coquille Yes!  Yes!  I could sit and watch Titus all day long....wait!  I did!  Ha!

Did you ever watch "The Wire"?  A lot of the people on Bosch were on The Wire....In fact I've seen this on several of these cop shows....the really, really good ones.

I'm so excited because The Myans is coming on cable Sept 4.  I don't know if you saw "Sons of Anarchy" but the Myans were mentioned in that show.  It's sorta a follow-up.....

@Annabellethecat66 The Wire, yes and SOA, I loved, loved that show. I've watched the series again and eventually, will watch again (third time). That's how much I loved it. My husband would ask me, " How can you watch that show "? My reply, " How can you not "? I hope The Mayans will be good. Sometimes, these spin offs are not nearly as good but we'll see. Thanks. 😉

@Coquille Did you like the show you referenced?  I'm asking because it sounds like we like similar shows.

I hate it when I finish a series.  When I used to read a lot I felt that way about book series.

The older I get the less I like the shows where they're so complicated, I'm way back in the story line trying to figure things out!  Ha!

I found "Bosch" just complicated enough to entice me into the next episode but not so much that my brain hurt (which happens if I try to use it too much....Ha!).

I'm going to go on line and read about the show you finished.  There are several new shows coming out soon (fall season) and I'm really looking forward to them.

One of those shows is "The Mayans".  It's similar to "Sons of Anarchy" I think.....and hope.  If you didn't see that it's not so much of a detective show...well, not really at all....but I enjoyed it.

It's hard to recommend shows to people because everyone has such different tastes.
