I remember Janis from 2 well known TV series, on All in the Family there are a couple of episodes where Archie strays with a waitress named Denise, played by Janis Paige , and she was a semi regular on Eight is Enough as Aunt Viv.

I'm so sorry to hear that.  I just watched her today in a Columbo episode, Blueprint for Murder (S1 Ep7) also starring Patrick O'Neal.  She was great in that.  She played Goldie.  And it's one of my favorite Columbo episodes.  I don't think I've seen her in anything else.  I'll have to check out her movies on DVD.

Her episode in The Fugitive was the first thing that came to mind when I read about her death. I'd forgotten she was in that Columbo which wss a good one, as was The Fugitive epi.

just recently saw a few episodes of ALL IN THE FAMILY that she did during the 1970s.

how wonderful to be able to live such a long life!

I recently saw Janis in an episode of "Wagon Train".  She played a famous actress who was adored by Charlie Wooster.  He becomes her protector when she joins the train.  She gave Charlie what was probably his only big romantic kiss in the entire series.
