I do watch it. I love it. I haven't watched a soap since my college days. I'm retired now and I have the time. I watch it in the evenings on Paramount+.

I watched a few episodes and it was so cliche that it made me laugh. But I kept on watching as I found it entertaining.

@Oznell wrote:The pampered "Kat" might be annoying, but for the evening they had her looking like a beautiful flapper from the 1920's. Almost a Josephine Baker look, sleek and glamorous--

@Oznell I have to agree w/you there. Her look & dress were off the hook! Best looking outfit at the party.

I'm still watching. I think the new Ted is much better! Some of the acting is awful and the old Ted was one of them. But there are some others that have got to go!
Ashley and Derek are not doing it for me. Especially Derek, not a good actor. Although not bad, I don't enjoy Tamara Tunie as much as I did on As The World Turns.

I'm still watching it too. I think it's pretty good. There are a few actors I don't care for including the nurse and the EMT guy. Martin the congressman, and the son in law cop. They need some extra acting lessons.
My favorites are Leslie, Anita, Smitty.
Bill has really grown on me. I love a good heel and speaking of heels, Joey is excellent. I am familiar with him from GH where he played Kevin/Ryan.
I'm impressed with this show. Now who's going to start the monthly thread?

I am still watching and enjoying it. It is not rocket science nor the best acting but it is light and campy. I DVR it and watch two at a time.

I still watch just the Friday show & still know what happened Monday-Thursday. ![]()
Campy is right. Wearing gowns first thing in the morning to eat breakfast at a country club then slum out outside the gates at the neighborhood hole in the wall for lunch, snacks & drinks.
Bill's trophy wifey wears hoochie mama outfits & 10 inch heels 7 days a week everywhere she goes & around the house.
I still think she is a con artist playing Bill in a long con. I also suspect she has something to do w/Bill's stroke. Don't know how yet. Is she really pregnant? Only time will tell.
I did like turtleneck wearing Ted. Gonna miss those black turtlenecks.
Anbody notice the fathers look the same ages as their children? ![]()
I only know Tamara Tunie from L&O SVU.
Clifton Davis still reading the cue cards.
The fashions are still off the hook.
I want to slap the nurse & her EMT boyfriend off the show. They add NOTHING to the soap.

I also like Anita. Whoa, those other former Articulettes have been really letting her have it, and she's handling the tricky position of being guilt-ridden and contrite, but also wanting to move forward. Enough with all the accusations though. I wonder if the one who is the most hurt (forgetting her name) will somehow undermine her in future...
Daphnee Duplaix ( "Nicole") is good in the sometimes thankless role of "wronged wife". She is almost too good to be true, but kind of in the way that Claudette Colbert was, in a number of great women's pictures in the 1940's.... almost perfect, noble etc., but still likeable...
Congressman son-- boring, at least what I've seen so far, and I haven't watched faithfully. ( So a lot of my "opining" here could be wrong.)
"Leslie" is that villain you love to hate, but a little of her goes a long way... ditto that horrible casino owner dallying with the wife of the doctor with a gambling addiction.
I feel sorry for that compulsive gambler-- can't help it, even though he is weak... why is he putting up with his wife's extracurricular activities, and why is she still with him?
Anyway, you nailed it, @lovesallanimals -- it is light and campy escapist fare...

I still check it out once in a great while, but not a regular viewer nor am I likely to be. It has its moments but the cast is too bloated and the acting is really bad in some cases. They need to unload Martin, he's awful and the puny new Ted doesn't work for me either, among quite a few others. I'd also note that Bill's child bride always looks like she should be walking the streets.
