If you lived in a tv show or movie

Which tv show or movie would you like to live in as your fantasy life, or ideal life, or any other way you'd like to think of it?

For me, the USA Network show Royal Pains photographed such incredibly beautiful surroundings, it made me want to be surrounded by that kind of beauty all the time.

Ocean, woods, gorgeous charming architecture downtown, and a whole lot more.   I'm lucky in real life since I'm not all that far from an ocean, and a local town or two have pretty spots kind of like this.

Who has a favorite setting from movies or television?

Tracy Lord in "The Philadelphia Story".  I would love to be born into a wealthy family and be romanced by both Cary Grant and Jimmy Stewart.

@GingerPeach . Top photo looks like my town!  It's old, historic & quaint!

We're also only an hour from the beach.

The Gilmore Girls: a fantasy town somewhere in Ct. A community where every one looks after each other. I don't remember any snow scenes but I haven't watched it in a long time.

I would live in my favorite movie of all time — The Sound of Music. Of course that means I would be married to Christopher Plummer.

I know now all the songs by heart so I’m almost there!!

I think that would be my second choice, @lavendar.  Loved that show and that little community.

That's easy for me.  I'd like to live in Mayberry, just as it was in the 60's, with Andy, Opie and, of course, Aunt Bea.  That would be my dream come true life.

I would choose Bridget Jones' Diary. First of all it takes place in the city  I love.  Second, it's set in a media type industry, and I would love to have been a journalist in London. Third and most important....Colin Firth (Mark Darcy) is the object of her affections. What could be better than all that?
