Chesapeake Shores - the Hallmark channel

Ironically, from the age of 12, I did live one block from the Chesapeake Bay, but it was nothing like the little town in the show!

I want the town to be exactly like it is in the show, the book store, cafe, etc., and the people to be exactly the same. My children would have grown up knowing all of those people.

And of course I want the big house too!

When I was much younger -- I had 2 shows that I adored and 2 female leads that I admired, envied and wanted to be and they were very different from each other!

One was the show --- That Girl --- I so loved Marlo Thomas' title role of Ann Marie! I thought she was so beautiful, loved her style, loved her cute little apartment. To me, her life was so glamours, excting and fun! And she was trying to be an actress and got into all sorts of funny and silly predicaments!

My other favorite --- The Avengers --- Diana Rigg as Emma Peele! Oh, my goodness --- this women had it all. Looks, brains, style, strength, se*iness!!!! I loved her cat suits and and her litle sports car. She was so ahead of her time. A strong, feminine and brilliant woman! I coveted all her clothes and the fact that she got to solve all these dangerous crimes. I thought, she is just the bomb!

@AngelPuppy1 LOVED That Girl too and for all of the same reasons. Life was sure different back then. Lou Marie would have killed Don if he ever stayed overnight at his daughter's apartment, even on the sofa. It didn't look good and things like that mattered back then.

Or the small town in the TV show Murder She Wrote.

I have always wanted to live in a place where I could walk to some things. There is no where I can go without a car and has always been that way everywhere I have lived. Maybe Sex in the City so I could walk.
