Stacey Rushe was a wonderful host IMO. Although I don't usually watch much QVC, I did enjoy her shows and noticed she stopped wearing her wedding rings (perhaps a year before she left?). Her departure was not a surprise to me. I believed her reason.

When TJ left, his reason didn't make sense. He didn't seem to have a game plan. This post is the missing piece of the puzzle! IIRC, TJ was an intelligent, ambitious guy and would be a great partner with Stacey, who is also sharp as a tack.

Sounds like the marriage was already in trouble when Stacey went back to work as a host at QVC. Keeping a marriage together for the children is not a responsible reason. Raising children in a healthy, loving environment is much better for them to become happy people!
I wish Stacy, her daughter and TJ much happiness in their future.

I'm sad any time a marriage breaks up, but sometimes it happens and the people are happier.

I just ran into a friend I hadn't seen in 10 years. When I asked about her husband, who was a really good guy, she told me he was remarried and living in another state. I felt terrible; I never knew they were having problems! But she told me she is so much happier now. Her one child just got married and moved nearby, and I know she's thrilled about that. We used to tease her because she literally "fell" into a teaching job, and she's still there. Life is good for her. But it just reinforces - you never know what goes on in a couple's life, even one you think you know well.

Anyway, I remember what a big deal they made when Stacey came to QVC, calling her "Frau Rusch" because of her German husband. I really liked her as a host and was disappointed when she left.

I really liked TJ too. He brought fun to the shows he hosted!

I'm sure if they had kept their personal lives separate from their work lives they might have been able to stay, right? Was Stacey already committed to her reality show?
