She was very gracious and applauded the new champ.  Not a sorehead at all.

I only watched her once as we are sooooo far behind on taped J shows.  I will watch eventually.

I don't think I've ever noticed anyone being a sorehead, when they lost.

She had a good run, not sure how many days she was on, but she won over a half million, probably will net closer to a quarter million once uncle sam gets his take.

    I  enjoyed seeing Mattea play, she is brilliant.

        I will miss her, the new champ is also very smart.

@Pearlee - I was just coming on here to say the same thing, but you beat me to it!

I don't understand anyone hoping the current champion will fail.  They're all there because they have a wide breadth of knowledge and they go on the show to win, not lose.

I'm in awe of anyone who can win one game, let alone have such a long winning streak.

I had a neighbor that was on Jeopardy and won a substantial amount of money.  Her take was that yes you have to be smart and quick on the buzzer but winning depends on the category.  If you get a catagory you know, then you can breeze right through it and win.  If not, then you just wait it out.  

I thought Mattea was very gracious when she lost and applauded for the winner.   But she knew her time was up the last two games.

So sorry to see Matea go, she was fun to watch. Don't like Mayim either, too dramatic and seems like she is acting. Like Ken, very comfortable and he is much like Alex's style.

I loved Mattea and found her charming and intelligent. I hated to see her go. I was rooting for her to go beyond some of those men who have been on the show so long.
