Re: The documentary "The Real Designated Survivor":  It  was aired on 20/20.   Nov. 23, 2016.   Featured a special regarding past real life designated survivors, and all that that job entails.  Also showed the actual bunkers, various rooms, and underground tunnels in Colorado.  Very interesting.  The walls are five feet thick, etc.  Also, somewhere else (I believe), they built an underground facility for the designated survivor underneath a hotel.  All of the building and excavating went on underneath the building of the new (at the time) hotel, so the general public hadn't a clue that it was being build underneath the new hotel that was being built.  These facilities used to be considered 'top secret', for the safety of the designated survivor and designated personnel, and our country, just in case something bad were to happen, etc.  ........... I haven't seen the tv series yet.  Which night, network?
