I thought for sure that the movie would end with her father flying in to meet her. @Imt I thought the movie wasn't as sappy and predictable as usual because he didn't fly on so I really liked that. As for your first comment, as I said above, I wish there would be one Hanukkah movie that didn't also celebrate Christmas. There are plenty of movies that do that.
