It's a yay for me, too.  You described them perfectly, and yes, we know exactly what is going to happen in the end.  However, they are, for the most part, wholesome, which is a nice alternative to all the other ****** on TV.  I always like seeing the Christmas decorations and the snow.  They are always so pretty.  So, I'll have a glass of eggnog and indulge in Hallmark.

@SurferWife Welcome back!🥰 I utilized the Walmart grocery delivery service today and was able to add it before the cut off!😁 I like to use it to make French toast sometimes, although I sometimes make my own.😊

My absolute fav: A Christmas Visitor. William DeVane stars in it. Also Dean Mc Dermott.

A family still in mourning for the loss of a son in the 1991 Persian Gulf War picks up a hitchhiker that seems to know all about that son. Editied to correct spelling.
