Flashbacks:  As a GH lifer normally I enjoy seeing flashbacks, however, today's show with Robert/Holly was boring me to tears.  Great love, wonderful marriage, so happy, blah, blah, give me a break.  Enjoyed Holly and the gang back in the day, but that day is over; way, way over.  IMHO, it's time for Holly to move on especially now that Robert knows Sasha is his daughter (not a happy camper with that).  Seeing Robert (way back when) to me, points out how now only have I aged (mirror, mirror on the wall), but again, IMHO, Robert (Tristan) is a mere shadow of himself.  Don't get me wrong, love the character and the actor....just sayin'!

@mysoutherncomfort. I agree with you on the Holly Robert flashback.   Might have been better if they saved it for a different day and focus on Sam's death today.

I thought Rocco did a great job today.

Agree with you both. As much I like flashbacks (and I do), I would much rather have seen a few Dante and Sam flashbacks instead of Robert and Holly.

The Jason and Sam flashbacks yesterday were wonderful and appropriate, and Sam's current relationship with Dante deserves a little treatment too, especially in a separate episode where Dante only just found out.

They were not a new couple and many were invested in them. I've always liked Dante and thought he was good with Sam, even though she was not my favorite. He will inevitably return to Lulu at some point but hopefully the show doesn't gloss over him and Sam.

Maybe it will come later.

I have zero interest in Robert and Hollyā€™s trip down memory lane. Holly/ Emma Samms is so not needed. And Sasha as their daughter???? 1000% ridiculous. Drew already lives at the Quartermaine house so Scout moving in is natural. Jason should move in too so both Samā€™s kids can be in the same home, and Monica (off-screen though she may be) would be thrilled. Just kick out squatter Lois and move Brook and Chase back to their old apartment and there will be plenty of room Smiley Happy

robert has aged so much but Holly and Anna are holding up really well. He was such a hottie. old news but i'm so happy to see maxie looking so good and back to her old self. did anyone else want to slap Kristina and Molly during the bickering? the passing has been done well, but i hope they don't drag it out too long.

I would think with Sam gone, Jason will move back to his penthouse with Danny. Not sure where Dante and Rocco will go, so I smell a new set coming unless Carly wants some company in that big house of hers. Or you know Olivia is always ready to have her brood around her.

Can we see the sign on the Q lawn with the numbers popping up as to how many people currently bunk in? It's like McDonald's and their over one billion served signs.

Speaking of, Mikey better slow down his service or he'll break Alan's record.

Bribery is not a good thing Drew. How many politicians has it brought down?

Re: General Hospital šŸ„ November 2024- Spoilers Included

Wow, tough watching the last couple od days. We all knew Samantha was heading out but to just let her die off, well, I gotta say, I called this one and the ending.

One mother's daughter giving life yet dying off, all for another mother's daughter to come back to life after being in a coma for three years. Giving a liver transplant to a person who's been in a coma for years, in my humble opinion, this entire storyline is just wrong. I am by no means a doctor but in real life I am pretty sure something of this nature would never take place.

Now that Sam's gone, I suspect Lulu will now have a miraculous recovery. I predict she and Dante will make a comeback too together that is. I'm not for that at all but I'm also not a paid writer for this show.

Don't know about any of you but I've also read that they're getting ready to write off the guy who plays Michael Corinthos now or very soon. I've already seen the guy who's moving into this role, they say he's been on a time or two subbing in for Michael. Don't like this change either.

I have to ask why all of a sudden, the upper staff is choosing to get rid of all of these regulars that we've grown up with, grown to like maybe even love. I suppose we'll see how all these story lines end up.

@PINKdogWOOD I think budget cuts are the name of the game based on ABC/Disney's reported company wide salary slashing. I know I always hear that the soaps are constantly being asked to reduce their casts. We could all give them a list of people to wave goodbye to. šŸ‘‹.

I'm okay with the new Mikey. I used to watch him all the time on Y&R. He's done the last two reveals with the climax Mikey scenes and that's not easy to step into and do. If true, it makes me think CD doesn't have the interest or chops to do it or he's becoming an attendence problem. He always seems miserable to me any way and I know he and MB have had issues in the past.

I believe in real life ā€œMichaelā€™sā€ father passed away, so he had to be replaced for an episode. I like the actor who filled-in, but I donā€™t think the regular actor is going anywhere.

GH FALL SWEEPS SPOILERS - DON'T LOOK! šŸ«£šŸ˜§šŸ™„

These are rumors for the next two weeks of Fall Sweeps...

Spinelli and Maxie will struggle to process the fact that Samā€™s really gone forever, but theyā€™ll be even more concerned for Samā€™s kids along with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

During the week of November 4-8, Dante will lean on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) for support as he keeps trying to stay afloat.

Although Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) will have plenty of love all around them, theyā€™ll still have a hard time coping without their mom.

Over with Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), they may finally have a reason to make peace.

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) honestly canā€™t handle the constant arguing now that sheā€™s lost Sam, so sheā€™ll make a request and perhaps get her remaining daughters to call a truce. Letā€™s hope that Molly and Kristina can make it stick!

In the meantime, Kristina will find out something shocking and react with horror.

Could Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) end up confiding about Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) kissing Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) and spill his drunken cheating, too?

Michael went to bed with Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattson), but sheā€™ll keep quiet about that when Willow confronts her for blabbing her Drew make-out session to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).

Carly will face a shocker at some point, so she might hear about Willow and Drew locking lips.

Since Carly previously put Willow on a perfect pedestal, this could knock her off and leave Carly with concerns about her daughter-in-lawā€™s treatment of Michael.

Carly wonā€™t be happy about Drewā€™s part in all this either, but she may cut him some slack considering Samā€™s demise and all the Scout grief heā€™ll be dealing with.

Next, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will apologize to someone, so she might try to make amends with Kristina and work past the hotel room tumble. Perhaps Ava will offer her condolences about Sam and act like there are more important things than holding onto grudges.

Kristina could get offended if she thinks Ava is trying to manipulate her using Samā€™s fatal outcome.

As for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), sheā€™ll share some serious news ā€“ potentially about Jenz Sidwellā€™s (Carlo Rota) imminent Port Charles arrival.

Carly will end up turning to Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) for yet another favor, but heā€™ll fret about the danger Carly could get caught up in.

Although Carly may be determined to keep Jason safe, Brennan will be far more worried about Carly.

Nevertheless, Brennan may be willing to grant Carlyā€™s request if Jason agrees to a real partnership.

Jason will lay out his terms and seems poised to strike a deal with Brennan soon enough.

Meanwhile, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will have a meeting with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), so they may mull over how someone as healthy as Sam had a heart attack out of the blue in recovery.

Will Samā€™s autopsy help unearth any clues?

Did someone like Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) sabotage Samā€™s IV bag like GH buzz suggests or did another villainous character target her somehow?

Regardless, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will be determined to get answers and will open up to Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), whoā€™s sure to offer comfort as Lucas mourns.

As for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), theyā€™ll make a significant choice.

Now that Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) is living in Seattle with Hamilton Finn (Jophielle Love), Chase and Brook Lynn may agree itā€™s time to move out of the Quartermaine mansion and into their own place again.

Over with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), heā€™ll show up to see Anna in her office. Ric always has a few tricks up his sleeve, so weā€™ll see what heā€™s up to this time.

Jason will eventually get summoned to the police station, so Anna may want a meeting with him, too ā€“ especially with Sidwellā€™s revenge plot just around the corner.

Across town, Michael will deal with some suspicions. Itā€™s possible Michael will remain paranoid and watch Willow closely to see if sheā€™ll go behind his back with Drew again.

On the other hand, this could be about Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) since the fact that she had a hush-hush romance with Drew still hasnā€™t come out.

Drew bribed Cody to keep his mouth shut, so Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) may be proud of Cody for making him pay.

However, Tracy might also think Drew deserves a downfall since sheā€™ll have a strategy session with Cody.

Although Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) will try to make progress with Sasha, her daughter seems poised to reject her once more.

That could set the stage for Holly to land in a dangerous situation during the week of November 11-15.

Will Sasha regret not making amends if Holly ends up facing Sidwellā€™s scary wrath?

Of course, thereā€™s the potential for Sidwell to go after Sasha as well if he finds out sheā€™s Hollyā€™s daughter.

Sidwell will want vengeance over his stolen diamonds, so Sasha and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) could get dragged into the mess.

As for Sam, her funeral and burial arrangements will presumably move forward. Itā€™ll be difficult for Samā€™s loved ones to bid her a final farewell, but she deserves some sort of service and sendoff.

Finally, a potential love interest for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will debut during November sweeps. Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) will meet Trina at PCU, so sparks could fly soon enough!
