Regarding Eric's performance, I Googled whether he was acting or if he has gone that far downhill. The response was he has not deteriorated that much...yet, thank goodness, and it was acting. I was hoping it was as he did stand a couple of times. It was a powerful, Emmy-worthy performance.

Excellent, as usual. Good to see Stacy Farber. Didn't know she was still acting. Remember her as "Ellie" on "Degrassi" when she was just a teen.

I firsr saw her last year when she starred in the Hallmark Hanukkah movie, she was a delight.

A cruel, cruel disease. I lost my mother to ALS. In the end the only parts of her body still working were her eyes and her brain, both trapped in a body that was paralyzed. That was 30 years ago and not one new or hopeful cure or even anything to slow it down have been found.

This is the best series. The acting, the casts and the storylines. This is a brilliant show. It is coming back on Monday, January 5, at 10/9c . Can't wait to see what happens.
