I saw something about that today on TV. It mentioned a scene where MM was sexually assaulted (raped) by JFK. That never happened according to people who have written about her. Now there's a new generation of people who will think that really happened. What a shame.

@Jordan2 What's confusing to me is that the reviews I've read say this is a fictionalized version of Marilyn's life. She was a real person who most of us remember so why fictionalize her life, to me that doesn't make any sense so why would I waste my time/money watching it.

I'm passing on this. I know you do a MM biopic without exploration of her sexual liaisons but it doesn't need to cross into soft porn to accomplish it. I don't find her particularly fascinating anyway.

I have not watched this, but i must say i find so many of the netflix movies are made in other countries, and it drives me crazy ,because the lips on the people do not match up with the speaking of English.

Just because the lead actress is a native Spanish speaker doesn't mean that she can't speak English with an American accent ( no need to dub in English). So many English and Irish actors star in our American movies (Damien Lewis comes to mind).
