In 2008 there was a TV movie called Front of the Class about a real life young man with Tourettes who went on to become an elementary school teacher in GA public schools, real name is Brad Cohen, part was played by James Wolk, it was excellent, maybe you can find it. Patricia Heaton played his compassionate Mom. In real life now he is an Asst Principal and has a family of his own.

I watched her show again last night  and i  don't think she can ever live alone like her parents have stated.  unless she gets more medical help.

Hope she will now  agree to          have the brain surgery  to help her.

It certainly is a scary option and with only a 30% chance of success.  But after that mom said her child's tics were reduced by 70%, it could be a risk worth taking.  A hard decision for sure.

I caught the last couple minutes of last night's show.  I am surprised that she could fly a commercial airline.  When she kept repeating, "I have a gun" while standing in line and then on the plane she was saying, "We're going down" I find it hard to believe that would be accepted by the airline.  It would make for an upsetting flight, for all on the plane.

In the previews for the next episode, it looks as if there is a brain procedure that is being offered.  If it was my daughter, from what little I know and have seen, I would go for it.  What kind of life is this poor girl going to have?  The parents have to be worried sick about what will happen to her when they are gone.

She is a beautiful girl and her mother looks so young.  A tough life, for sure.

At the airport..i was also concerned that she would have denied to fly...

Also her boyfriend  wants to ask her to move in with him in another state  where he is going to be stationed in the Airforce

but 

i'm "very" concerned about her safety when he is in training  and her being alone.

I think also the surgery is the best option for her.

@cowboy sam  I haven't watched a full episode.  I don't know if I will, either.  I find it a bit disturbing, but I pray she gets some relief from this.

Spoiler Alert....

In the episode that airs this coming Monday, Colin (Baylen's boyfriend) is going to ask her dad to marry her.  Obviously that happened a while ago, IRL.  Today, they announced their engagement.

I saw a promo  where they must  all be at the new apartment  and it starts storming..possibly the thunder  causes much distress to Baylen  and her parents are very worried about her....i wonder it that will be shown in next episode  Monday??

How  can Colin be away  if things like this happens???...and no one   is there to help watch over her??

I am getting very concerned if she can be alone  without her parents looking after her?

IMO, she probably needs an assistant when Colin is away.
