I wish I had some girlfriends that would go with me to see that movie! We do not have to wear pink, but we can recollect our childhood with fondness.

I know it is popular with little girls and their mothers, but it is definitely NOT DH's style.  We just saw Mission Impossible at the theater this week.

I will have to wait to watch the Barbie movie On Demand.

It is nice to have such a sweet movie as the number one, given all the lousy news in the world these days.

I was tired of it before it started.  I knew it would be dreadful for me.  Never liked Barbie.

I outgrew Barbie in the 6th grade.  I never aspired to the Barbie world.

I always record things and fast-forward past the commercials, so I guess I haven't noticed it.

I like pink, but only in certain shades.  The movie or commercials wouldn't affect what I buy.

If they awarded Oscars for publicity, the Barbie studio would have no competition.

I'm a cancer survivor and I get tired of all pink in October. Pink stand mixer, pink tools, pink , pink, pink everywhere.  Once I went to the oncologist and was handed Mary Kay gift package. Susan Komen has made October pink.

Yes.  I'm sick of everything Barbie.  So sick of it that I bailed on going to see it with friends yesterday.  The thing is ALL of the pink tie in to the movie had to have been planned for a couple of years.  It didn't just organically happen because the movie was popular.  We're being played like a fine violin.
