Re: A Divas Christmas (Ladies of the 80s)

On one hand, the idea of these women together is such an entertaining, fun idea. On the other hand, all that plastic surgery was entirely too disconcerting for my eyes. I noticed that a couple of 80s TV stars appearing in Hallmark movies were also nipped, tucked, and pulled into non-recognition and blank affect. It makes me sad.

Re: A Divas Christmas (Ladies of the 80s)

I watched because I was curious how the ladies had aged.  Other than that, the plot was stupid and the acting was terrible.

I think Loni was wearing a blonde wig and a gray wig.

Donna, at 81, looked good, but could barely move her upper lip when she talked.

Linda looks like she is enjoying life and doesn't mind being naturally aged.

I didn't see this and couldn't find it on Roku or YouTube tv.  Darn.  Seeing the Knots Landing ladies makes me wonder where is Michelle Lee, she played Karen. Loved that show!

Re: A Divas Christmas (Ladies of the 80s)

I watched about 15 minutes of it just to see what the ladies looked like now.  After that, I had no interest in the movie.....just blah.  I'd rather remember them back in their fabulous, famous nighttime dramas.  Now those were great series.

Re: A Divas Christmas (Ladies of the 80s)

I cannot believe Nicolette Sheridan is only 60 - she looked so much older.  I agree that Donna Mills looked fabulous.  I watched for 10 minutes and could not take it anymore.  Loni looked hideous, Linda looked like she is aging naturally. I prefer to remember them as they were in the shows they were in.  Also, the acting was horrible.
