Why is Christopher Walken off the hook in all of this?
I’ve always wondered?
It is as if he wasn’t there.

@LTT1 As far as I have read/heard, Wagner was the one (besides Dennis Davern) who was awake when it was discovered that Natalie was not onboard. He was the one who called the Coast Guard and so forth.
Evidently Walken had retired for the night while all of this was going on.
That's my take on it, anyway.
I don't like him. If he had kept his big mouth shut, this tragedy may have been avoided...

Re: C.W. ........ Yes, I've been wondering the same. I'm only guessing that possibly/allegedly has been offered (or 'hinted') immunity, along with the captain. Well, that's what my friend suggested to me this morning. Something that I hadn't even thought about.
Some people will say just about anything when offered immunity. (Again, only guessing.) To avoid the cost of having to hire lawyers, etc. to defend themselves.
With three men on the boat, I don't see how they can charge only one. One of the others could have possibly gone below deck and been the last one to have seen her.
Which leads me to much doubt as far as any possible charges/convictions of only one. (R.W.)

Well, according to Marti Rulli - she's the one who stirred this all up again - Dennis Davern had no responsibility to try to help Natalie. He was awake the same time Wagner was.
She blames Wagner and Wagner only, which is ridiculous.
ETA: I just checked her FB page - her statement: "I am proud to be the one who drove this story to where it is today."

I think it is ridiculous to spend money on this at this late date when there are child moslesters and drug dealers on the streets who might kill hundreds of people now living and should be tracked down and put in jail.

p.s. Also: If the 'other two' thought that she was in some sort of danger, why didn't they intervene at that time? Maybe 'calm things down', etc.
If it's true that C.W. 'went to bed', and left the other two above, I just don't see/think that anything malicious happened by R.W.. He (C.W.) would have awakened. Right?
It's all so confusing to think and wonder about.

Exactly. I think I read here where the evidence from his interrogation is sealed? I could be wrong about that. He is a strange man by all accounts. JMO.

You've got that right!!! I'm sure everybody on that boat knew that the dinghy was gone and that Natalie was out in the storm. It was a yacht not a cruise line!!! Boy! Was this investigation botched from the beginning!

In 48 Hours, the captain said that he heard loud arguing and noise from Natalie and Roberts bedroom. He knocked on the door and Wagner told him to get out of there! Where was Christoper??!!??

I believe Inside Edition has/had (today/tonight) a segment re: this topic. We might want to find it somewhere (tv, the internet, or whatever else way/ gadget).
