QVC should be about the PRODUCTS and NOT THE HOSTS.....and why should I have to use several devices to get product information.....I watch and use automated ordering and should not have to go through an extra step and use my alloted phone data usage to bring up an app or boot my PC/Tablet to get merchandise info that SHOULD be given on air!!!!

I agree with you, SPURT. I would probably watch more if the presentations were about the product and not the hosts. I have watched them sell handbags and talk and talk and talk without showing both sides or the inside. In the mean time, colors sell out. Another reason I rarely watch.

ITA!!! It would also be nice if the important facts were repeated at least once more before the presentation ends, in case someone misses the very beginning.
I also agree! Stick to the product, and please get to the INSIDE of the purse sooner - we don't need 2 minutes describing the outside zipper pull!!
And more close up shots of the clothing fabrics!!

I couldn't agree more with what everyone has already said. The roll over function to zoom and get a good view of an item should be something QVC could easily provide.
As far as the hosts spending too much time talking about everything but the details of the product so we can make a purchase decision, just baffles me. It's simple QVC, do you want to make more money or not? Take advantage of the the edge you have over the B&M and online retailers and EXPLAIN the product details.
Everyone is entitled to have fun at work and I'm glad most of the hosts seem to really like working at QVC and with each other, but they can chat and joke with each other off air. After all, the hosts are only on air for a 3 hour shift. That leaves several hours left in a day for them to talk with the other hosts and vendors if they want to ad nauseum. Again, another simple change that QVC could make that would have a huge impact on customer satisfaction and their bottom line.

This is one of my main complaints.I have said over, and over and over that we need good product information. These hosts seem more interested in jokes, dancing, telling family stories and in general not doing their jobs.As I have said so,so, many times, discuss the product features...not what you are doing next week-end! I find myself watching less and less!!

Heaven forbid they should ever give the actual garment measurements. They would rather tell us about their cat's hairball.

ITA OP! Please give us details of the item you are selling, prior to a giggle fest over something totally unrelated!

Yes..This is so annoying..not long ago there was a jewelry item on air I was interested in getting more information and a better look at...Rick was doing the presentation..it was not a long one..He went into a big story about a party He went to over the weekend..camera man stays focused on Rick..I'm waiting and waiting for the jewelry close up...never happened...very little info on the ring and never ever ever a close up of the item..no info but what was available on the side bar..needless to say I did not order it.

I only hope those in charge of improving QVC read all of these comments...it is so true about product info not being presented in a timely fashion...and yet there are products they screen rapidly and say there is no time for an on air presentation...maybe there would be time if the hosts and vendors were a little more concise. I find that more and more I refer to online shopping where I usually can watch a video and then read a description and also the reviews.
