stand behind select comfort beds

please dont get on tv and advertise select comfort beds as lasting 20 yrs. Its misleading. The bed may last that long but the remotes sure don't. Don't know if its the machine under the bed or just the remotes. I'm so disappointed in qvc! btw the gentleman I spoke with at select comfort acted hateful. This isn't good business. You can check and see how much I've spent at qvc but guess its over unless this matter is taken care of.
