Please stop shipping thru USPS.   Packages are getting stuck in the regional post office for 10 to 18 days.   UPS can get the packages here within a reasonable time.

@gotothedogs   Speak for yourself, not me.  I get good service from the USPS, much better than UPS.

Agree totally.  USPS in St Louis area is terrible.  People are nice but delivery takes forever.  It recently took 8 days for a thank you card from my cousin across town to get to me.  UPS is way more efficient, but also more expensive.  I've cut back on Q because they charge shipping for everything.

I agree with you 100%. I have a package that has been shipping now for 8 days. Got a confirmation on the 29th that was accepted by the post office in my city, now today got a notification that it was sent to the wrong post office and it has to be redirected. I had ordered a fall garland from Bethlehem Lights by the time I get it I'll be putting up my Christmas decorations. I feel this is totally unacceptable

I tracked a package that got to a post office and the message says "order may be delayed we are readjusting delivery".  It has been sitting there since October 5th.

This is unacceptable.

@gotothedogs   It usually isn't the post office that's the problem.  It's Mail Innovations.  It takes them forever to get it to the post office, and the post office has to accept it.  I hate USPS Mail Innovations.  It's the cheapest way to ship, and that's why QVC uses it.
