I think your shipping charges are to high. If multiple items are ordered at the same time, shipping shoud be adjusted to total order, not individual  shipping for each item added together. You seem to be making a lot of money  on shipping over charges. Boo to that.

Not to be a Q cheerleader but many items are shipped from all over the country, therefore combining shipping is impossible and shipping individually costs what it costs. Also, I don't know if you've checked into what shipping costs are (I'm an eBay reseller and ship all the time) but even with an eBay shipping discount, I rarely even come close to offering shipping as low as the Q is offering....  even return shipping ($6.95, etc.) can often be literally half what actual shipping costs are.  I'm only talking specifically of shipping costs, not whether or not (competitively) QVC should offer free shipping for their customers.....  which would be nice~!  Woman Happy

I agree with the shipping being high on some items like a small bottle 1oz is 6:99 now thats way to much ,if your item is $21 and you have to pay $6:99 shipping plus tax your not getting a sale ,so now its costing me close to$30.Cat Surprised

It has been my experience that many who complain about shipping charges rarely, if ever, ship things.  Shipping is not cheap -- it is expensive, and it gets higher on a regular basis.

Shop around.   I just got a Dooney bag on their website with no shipping.

When I really want or need what I'm buying and can't find exactly what I want elsewhere, the shipping charges are just fine.

 

Where i can find something I prefer e;lsewhere, I buy it there, but I never choose just because of the few dollars for shipping -  I just pretty much figure that if I can't afford the shipping money, I probably can't afford to buy the item to begin with.

 

That's me and it's been me ever since the time decades back when I started to earn my own money.

Speaking of shipping charges - ordered 2 Twister Trax @ $19.98/each. Received them today.....Shipping/Handling charged - $19.98!!! Charged my credit card $64.74!!! Called IMMEDIATELY & matter TO BE resolved (I'll be relieved when I see the CREDIT of $14.98); returned on my credit card. I then "found out" that there is no longer the "50% off S/H of addt'l SAME items shipped to same residence! Is it my imagination or are things at the 

" Q" slowly sliding in a downward spiral? I have had to send MANY things back within the past year - more than in the close to 20yrs I have been a customer.

The shipping charge on every individual item is tough to swallow some times, since other online retailers offer free shipping and have comprable prices...

 

But if I really want something and I can't find it elsewhere for cheaper (including shipping), I will pay it.  So I guess if there are enough of us paying it, they have no incentive to stop charging it.

If an item is clearly broken, and you send it back, does QVC still deduct the dollar amount indicated on the shipping label?

@QueenofQ  I don't understand.  Didn't you notice the total amount charged to you when you placed your order??  I think that's great customer service that they're refunding you $15 when you should have known what you were being charged.  Maybe I'm misunderstanding.
