Qvc host say easy returns but fail to say it cost to return a item and it takes a long time to get a refund.

That's ridiculous.

Oh yea and don't forget that you can't return too many things either or you get that letter.

No retailer tells you "ON THE AIR"  it will take a long time to get a refund.

However, most retailers will tell you "IN WRITING" the approximate week(s) it will take; 4-6 weeks is the average for refunds.

I haven't had any problems with returns.  In fact, I just returned something on June 4 and today I received an email telling me that I have a full refund, including shipping, posted June 14.

I meant ditto to Donna. It costs at least twice the original shipping charge, that's on good day, to send clothing back and then there is the original ship charge that you don't get reimbursed for.

Let's hope QVC is changing their policy. Whoever processed my return didn't get that memo. I called and they wouldn't return the original ship fee.

I'm sure nothing can be done but I just want to say, I've been shopping with QVC for a long time.  I can only do so because I have a credit card.  I'm on limited income.  I like where QVC is offering easy pay etc.  The problem I have is that I finally decided to try Quacker Factory for myself.  Purchased an outfit years ago for my mother and she loved it.  I was excited when I finally found an outfit on sale.  I received it but the crop pants looked like "high waters" on me so sadly had to return.  Well when I got my credit I saw where it cost me $10.95 to "try" Quacker Factory.  The original shipping was only $3. just kind of sad. This is not the only item I have returned and I have been aware of the charges before but for some reason this really hit me.  I can no longer afford to order clothing online that's for sure.  I have also ordered shoes and I ordered my correct size and like other items sometimes brand does not fit.  Once again I'm charged for trying on something.  Other than that I have liked the other items I've ordered.  The return policy needs to be changed I believe.  Other companies offer free returns.
