The new home page for qvc on internet .. no links to account management or customer support. they took away all those menus and links.
What on earth are they thinking by eliminating those links??? I have to run a google search now everytime I want to check my account, order status, pay my q-card, etc.
I can't believe they took the links away!!
That has got to be one of the worst things to do one's customers is take away easy access to their account management tools.
(I think the company is going downhill. Has anyone else noticed how some products and brands now have to do their own shows without any host support?)
Things here going from great to mediocre to finally down right bad over the last 5 years.

My homepage (iPad) shows "my account" at the top right of the page and customer service at the left bottom.

@LinSueB All the links for your Order Status, QCard, Pay Your Bill, etc. -- are still there on the homepage.
They are all the way at the bottom of the page, as they have been for quite some time.
On the QVC App, it's located at the More link at the bottom of the home screen.

I'm still seeing "My Account" at the top of each QVC.com page.

I just went and looked at my page and all is normal with all my acct info and acct management stuff!

They are all still there. When you scroll down the top header falls downward and hides all the info below it. When you scroll back up it comes back.

Just go to the bottom of the homepage to "Account Management". They are only doing shows with no hosts on QVC2. I agree that some of the changes on the website have not been good, but you need to take another look at the homepage because you have missed some things.![]()

My account is in big font at the top of the page. It's the same as it always has been on my laptop and tablet.

@LinSueB Like others have said...my homepage is the same as it's been for quite awhile. Everything is easily accessible. Sounds like the issue may be your device?
