I am so confused and a little frustrated. I ordered an HP computer and it was supposed to be here 3/2/18 I have attempted contacting customer service and they never return my calls. I am a college student and really need this item. All i am told is the order is under review, this apparently happens when you use QVC for the first time and purchasr something over $200. I get that, what has me stumped is they took the money out of my bank account for the first payment and then returned the funds. I simply don't understand. Someone please help.

since you are new here you should post this in customer care forum.

 

the moderators are very helpful in these situations.

 

I've never had a problem nor call back from CS department.  May wait a few minutes on hold but I never "leave a message" nor have ever been prompted too!

They'll look into it for you!

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
