Huh? I  don’t understand your subject line or the cryptic text of your post.  Care to “recap” your actual meaning for those of us who might find it too subtle?

I would like to see what was shown if a person does not look at everything for that hour.

Oh, I get it. Actually a very good idea, but it probably would never catch on. They often do previews of a minute or two to show what’s coming in that hour, but they like to sell to the very last second and the recap might not have selling value for the time it takes once the merchandise has been taken off the set or selling scene throughout the program.

You can follow up on the QVC website and click at Items Recently On Air to find something you might have missed. They used to have that organized by show and program hour, but now it’s just a display of items. I can understand why it might be better to see a fly-by of the products and item numbers that were in the last hour.

They used to, ten years ago or so. I remember missing the recap once they stopped doing it. The hosts started to say "check online" instead, but I still enjoyed seeing everything at the end of the show on my TV. Back then I'd have to boot up my computer so I didn't bother. Now, I have a Kindle, but prefer the recap on the bigger TV screen.

It's all about the clicks.
