pls make Reviews accessible

The other day I noticed that I could not access any reviews from the product pages. I could see the number of stars an item was rated on the search or listing page, but when I clicked on a specific item, no rating or actual reviews were visible/accessible. (I use Firefox on a PC).

I rely on reviews to help with information as to fit (running large or small), weight (summer or winter?), shoe box size, and other information that is unavailable in the product description or (sadly) presentations. I also appreciate when customers discuss hues/shades because more often than not, the exact color of a product is a guessing game. Indeed, the reviews are extremely helpful, and even though I take some with a grain of salt, I find that they are vital to helping me order appropriately, which saves me and QVC the bother of returns.

In my book, the presence of reviews is what makes QVC special and is a primary reason that I choose to order from QVC over competitors. Without reviews, I may as well order from any other online source. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE fix the problem(s).

I had to change my browser so I could see the reviews. Maybe try that.

The Edge browser is showing reviews for me. Chrome is not.

@SilleeMee - I just switched to Edge to check again and still no reviews. I don't understand why they're no longer visible.

i am using a windows laptop with the edge browser and i can view reviews.
