please fix your website

Tried to order the baremineral tsv Oct. 13,2017 and the single shipment states IN STOCK WHEN PUTTING IT IN MY CART, IT NOW STATES SOLD OUT. This is so ridiculous. I called the CS and was told the website is behind. The Q doesn't make enough to have a really good website. Come on!

The c.s rep didn't mean there's problem with the website. She meant that the QVC system isn't magic, we are not living in magic kingdom where things happen instantaneously. There's some lag time between the sales that are made through the phone system and what .com. Sales are ticking constantly so it's logical that if you hit it just right (or just wrong) what you encountered could happen.

I have continual problems when trying to get to extra sizes. For example, tall or wide. The screen becomes grey and does not show me the sizes. This never use to happen. I have tried other computers in the house and same thing. The Q has honestly lost a few sales over this because I get annoyed and go do something else. Ing they offer this option then I expect it to work.

I don't think bareminerals brought in many of the tsv. never did i see sell outs like this!!

I always go back to see if cancellations were made and yes there they were. not this tsv.
