is there any way they can make the smaller bottles a softer material.  I as well as people I gift philosophy to have some arthritic issues with their hands and the bottles are hard to squeeze.  I attempted to send Dara a message but was unable to find a way to do it

i agree!  i've been re-filling smaller 8 oz softer bottles!  these arthritic hands just don't work like they used to......

I agree!  Those hard plastic bottles are hard to handle for me too.  I purchase the large bottle then use it to refill my softer smaller bottles.

I don't have an issue with the material so much as the size of the some the bottles, because I have small hands. If I get a bottle that's under 32-ounces and does not have a pump attachment, I pour the contents into a bottle with pump and rinse and recycle the original container. I reuse bottles from other products, like soap pumps from the grocery store. I've got a regular grocery store soap container on my kitchen sink that I've been refilling with Philosophy for 3 years now.

I don't have arthritis but I find the bottles too hard to squeeze, too!  I ask my husband to fill the travel sizes from the larger bottles. I wish they'd use a less dense plastic, seems like it would be less expensive for them.

Anything that I buy that has a pump I will wash out and save the pump when I'm done. That way I can usually find one to fit a bottle that needs one. I have a basket of them under the sink and they do come in handy!

@Brrrr....I agree, I also have trouble holding on to the bottles and the glass bottle of the fragrance, and I don't have any issues.....I won't be purchasing any more of the fragrance any longer....the lovely fragrance that I grew to love no longer exists. Philosophy was one product line that I would repurchase, but no more.
