I agree with you. It is distracting. Amy and Shawn are legends in their own mind. They need to let the model do the modeling.

i have no issue with the hosts changing.  this actually gives the expert guest more time to discuss the item.

i find it funny when folks whine about a host they don't like being off camera.....lol

They all don't do it, I have only seen Shawn, Amy and Kiersten do it and occasionally Rachel B.

I never see Pat, or Leah or Jayne do this. I understand its nice to see all sizes in the clothes, but that is what the models are for......

I notice we never see this on HSN and they have a lot of Fashion shows....

It can be distracting at times, but I am used to them doing it now......

Use some common sense.  Hosts are employees.  They do as they are told.

QVC's management apparently has told them to try on and model the clothing.  They have even provided the clothing for them in some cases seperate from the display rack.

Why complain and blame this on the hosts?  They are doing their jobs and following orders.

@DJs mom Wow! I have never seen her do it, other than to try on a Blazer or jacket, but then again I don't watch much live, so I may certainly have missed some of the other hosts doing it...

The ones who you mention doing the changing have nice figures and it makes the clothes look good.  I have a feeling they are asked by their producers to do all the changing and they do what they are asked to do.  Shawn likes to point out when they dont have her correct size and she has to come out in a small but I heard the Peace Love World vendor tell her she actually looked good.
