Can you even imagine standing in a small area in front of a camera for a whole hour and need to fill that time well? Yikes! 

So they showed the colors and whatnot, now what? 

I bet moving around and doing a quick change gives them a chance to start talking about the new piece they just put on.   Keep it interesting for that viewer at home with a remote in her hand.

It's difficult to fill an hour with conversation and know their shows may be critiqued by TPTB.

I like that the hosts try on the fashions they are selling.  They can describe it better.  The more models the better.

Hosts have been doing this for a long time. Assuming it helps sell more? Agree it doesn't help when they wear or try on a size that's too small.

Want to see as many body shapes and sizes in the item as possible.

Lisa Robertson used to do it all the time. It was very helpful because she would describe the fit and feel of the garment in detail

 I think the more people who try on items of clothing in various sizes, colors and different shaped bodies help the customer to decide if it's for them.

There are a lot of things I don't like about hosts..... obnoxious behavior, yelling over each other, personal stories, failure to give all the product details, me-me-me talk, etc. I can't do anything about it but I can do something about my remote.

I have posted about this many times in response to other people saying the same thing so I won't repeat myself short of saying I agree it's ridiculous to have them constantly changing and parading around. How come the hosts on HSN don't do this?😏
