follow up

When someone mentions a problem and solutions are offered it would be nice to follow up w/what is happening. Generally we are just left hangin'.

Would be nice, but I can see where the problem is such that follow-up is not possible immediately.  Then as time goes by, sometimes things just don't happen.  But it is a nice idea.

What gets me are the requests to idenify clothing or jewelry that a host or vendor is wearing, and when we do they never return to even acknowledge they received the information, or offer and thanks.  Some of those searches take quite a lot of effort too.
