QVC has people who do the hair and make-up for the hosts before going on air.

The hosts get their hair cut, colored, etc. at a salon of their choice.  Many of them go to Maria at Calista and some get their hair done by Chaz Dean.  I have noticed that Maria gives a lot of the hosts the same cut/style.  Amy's hair is looking a lot like a cut Shawn used to have.

And can you imagine the crew/host eating all the leftovers from these presentations????? I agree with the previous posters that gloves are needed...if you don't like the sweat don't watch any of the HSN cooking shows LOL....Woflgang is always sweating and cleaning his nose on his sleeves during presentations...not to mention sampling what he cooks and then putting it back on the same plate....things that make you say eeeewwww! still love his products though!

@sidsmom that wart just screams Nooooo....gloves are really needed if nothing else to cover up issues the camera highlights...
