Does Q still have that? Sometimes I wonder!
I think that went out the window many years ago! i'm yet to figure out my right size with any clothing offered with Q certainly not consistent (even if you order 2 of same item different color - 1 fits other doesn't 😳)
QVC used to stand for QualityValueConvenience not anymore!!!

I came up with this suggestion after reading this review from a customer of QVC:
I can't believe that QVC would actually send this defective product to a customer. There was actually a chuck missing on the backside of the necklace. The drusy was uneven and lopsided. Honestly I'm in shock that this necklace could ever get past quality control. I am also asking QVC to return my cost to return this item. No customer should ever have to pay to return something of such terrible quality. I wish I could give it zero stars. "

I don't think QVC has any Quality Control. Between my husband & I, we've ordered 7 items in the past month and each one was defective.

You came up with an excellent suggestion. I agree with you that no customer should have to pay to return a defective item. If you charged the necklace to your credit card you can file a dispute with them. (I hope you didn't use QVC's credit card.)

I think Q has little control over its factories in China. Nevertheless, it should perform random inspections after goods are received in the US.

@ValuSkr
The problem is the U.S. is importing too much junk into the U.S. One person I'd like to see manufacture in the U.S. is Valerie Parr Hill.
My DH worked at Ford Motor Co. before he retired and we made darn sure we bought everything manufactured in the U.S. Importing from China is costing Americans jobs. Consider what happened when Maytag closed their factories in the U.S. That's just 1 example.
