You say you listen to the blogs and forums qvc. But you do not. People have told you how we felt when you fired Dan and Carolyn. They are not happy. If you are listening then please correct your mistake. We all make them. But if you really do listen then hire them back. People will forgive you.They were like family to the viewers. We bought from them because we trusted them.We do not need young new hosts to fire us up to shop.If anything they turn us away. Do the right thing. Bring them back.

Big corporations don't care about people. They may say they do and even include it in their goals. But they don't. This is how corporations function. Everyone needs to stop being so naive about big corporations.

Carolyn and Dan are not (I believe), ever returning as hosts, plea and beg as you may.

I applaud Qurate for making some very, very difficult headcount reduction and expense control decisions.

It's not your local Mom & Pop store.

Management is accountable to (primarily), shareholders.

Please don't speak for everybody. We didn't all consider then " family " or trust everything they said. You are certainly entitled to your feelings, but you don't represent everybody.

@QVCkitty1   I agree with you.  While I  liked both they are still sales people that was being paid to sell QVC products. They have moved on.   I just wish folks would give the subject a rest.  😴🥱

@mompete - They were not "fired" - they were layed-off as were the other 398 people that worked there.

Please don't speak for me. They were not my friends or family. They were sales people on a TV shopping channel. And I would bet they got a pretty good severance package when they left - probably more than the other 398 people.

Don't know why people think this was a personal decision by Q. This was strictly a business decision. Q isn't the only business doing major lay-offs. Read the paper and watch the news - it is an on-going practice.

They are NOT coming back.

It might be easier to move on, if every day we turn on QVC, we didn't have to listen to the cheaper, sub standard rookies, fumble thru presentations.
