If you are talking about the hosts then I am not sure what channel you are watching. QVC has the best hosts on television.  They are friendly. positive, informative, funny, smart, etc. This is a shopping channel so I don't know how progressive they could become or if that even makes any sense.  Their job is to keep us entertained and engaged and sell us things!

My guess is that she wants the mods to "lighten up" on the deletetion of posts and closing of threads.

She doesn't like the way that they do their jobs.

I dont understand why one cannot make a suggestion in the Suggestion Box without criticism.   Isn't this the purpose of It?  If we suggest people can go somewhere else, can't we do the same and not come here and put in our two cents?
