You are annoying your customers by making them retype their nicknames when voting on the helpfulness of reviews or when asking a question about a product. Please tell someone in charge about this complaint. There have been numerous complaints requesting that you stop doing this.

Good luck with that.........Just ignore the Yes/No.....if you find Review helpful....that's all that matters.  Who cares what other customers think or thought.

I read on these boards that you can type in the same name you're using now...( in other words,the box just wants something in it!!).

But yes it's STILL annoying...like so much today!!!

@Othereeeen @I do this, but there's no reason to continue to annoy customers like this. They are making our shopping experience unpleasant.

I think upper management (not middle) needs to be informed about this ridiculous issue. Other website problems too. And maybe presentation issues which lack information.

@misschristy @I agree. I do not think that they know which problems are not being addressed or even exist. They are all small problems. They are fixable problems that are just left there.
